Majestic Realty Co. managing partner John Semcken said seven franchises are still being considered for a new stadium some 25 miles east of Los Angeles.

Jaguars and the Bills are at the top of the list.

Taylor, who played with the Jaguars from 1998 until being released after the 2008 season, challenged Jaguars fans during a conference call on Wednesday by saying the team probably would be better off moving.

Despite on-field success, the Jaguars don’t expect to sell out a single home game this season and drew only 42,079 Sunday, fueling speculation the team could relocate, possibly to L.A. or even London.
